Bed Return or Exchange Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Broyhill® Sensura™ Memory Foam Bed Purchase, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed and/or foundation during the 90 Night Test Rest period, call a Sleep Specialist toll free at 1-866-725-2247. You may exchange your mattress or foundation one time within the 90 Night Test Rest period. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from one style to another) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price. All shipping and incidental charges to return a bed are covered by Broyhill Memory Foam Mattresses. All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Authorization" (RA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. Broyhill Memory Foam Mattresses will arrange for return shipping. The RA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received and inspected at Boyd. Products will NOT be issued a refund if any of the following applies 1) mattress found to be damaged beyond normal use expectations 2) mattress is soiled 3) mattress is returned prior to a complete 30 night trial period.

The Broyhill® Sensura™ Sleep Specialist representative will provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the bed with shipping material supplied by Broyhill Memory Foam Mattresses.

Defective or Damaged Product

Any Broyhill Memory Foam Mattress product that is defective at time of arrival, or is found to be defective within the 90 Night Test Rest period, will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Broyhill Memory Foam Mattresses.

Accessory Exchanges

Choosing bed accessories to provide Personalized Comfort is just as important as selecting your bed. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your gel memory foam mattress topper, pillow or other accessory purchase, we will authorize a one-time exchange for a different product within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged accessories must be unopened, unused, in good condition and original proof of purchase must be presented. Because these items are of a personal nature, any opened and/or used item cannot be exchanged. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for accessory items. The only exception is an accessory item that is clearly defective or was damaged in shipping.

Please call a Sleep Specialist at 1-866-725-2247 to request an exchange. They will provide you with an RA number. The RA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. Send all exchanges to the following address:
